Leticia Anaya

On September 21, 2025, our hearts were broken as we said goodbye to our beloved Leticia Anaya. Born on August 2, 1975, in Chicago to Eliberto and Celina Anaya, Leticia lived a life defined by love, family, and simple joys that made every moment brighter.

Leticia’s greatest pride and deepest joy in life were her two children, Reyna and Francisco Solis. To them, she was more than just a mother—she was their world, their safe place, their biggest cheerleader, and their best friend. Every day of her life, she gave them her whole heart, and everything she did was with them in mind. Her love for them was endless and unconditional, the kind of love that can never be replaced.

She is survived by her children, Reyna and Frankie, her husband, Francisco Solis, and four siblings.  She was preceded in death by her father, Eliberto F. Anaya.

Leticia had a way of finding beauty in life’s simple moments. She loved to cook, filling her home with warmth and the smell of delicious meals made with love. She enjoyed music and quiet nights at home with a Dunkin’ coffee in hand and a good movie playing. She adored autumn, the crisp air, the changing leaves, and peaceful walks in nature. She also loved exploring new restaurants and places, always finding joy in discovering something new.

Leticia’s passing leaves a space that can never be filled, but her love remains all around us. We see her in the changing leaves, we hear her in the songs she loved, and we carry her in every part of who we are. Her love is forever, and it will guide us always.
