Kenneth Riley

Kenneth (Ron) Ronald Riley, age 85, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away on July 29, 2025 at Arrowhead Senor Living in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born on June 13, 1940, in Kansas City, Kansas; a son of   Charles and Florence (Overstreet) Riley.

Ron was a member of the Peoria Indian Trible of Oklahoma. He worked in public safety in Kansas City Fire department and was stationed at KCKF #7 from when he started his career until his retirement in 1991. Betty and Ron bought their lake house in 1985 and then moved to the lake after Ron’s retirement. Upon his retirement and move to the lake he was appointed to be on the Board of Lake West Ambulance and served for about 29 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and golfing.

Ron is survived by his daughters, Terri Stephens (Jacob) and Tracy Seekings (John); his grandchildren Brianne Fisher (Megan), Thomas McKinnon (Megan), and Cory Seekings; his great-grandchildren Tymber Scheib, Conard and Grady McKinnon, Asher and Ryver Crews; other relatives and many friends.  

Ron was preceded by his wife Betty Riley.

There will be no formal services planned as his wish was for cremation.

Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Dog Wood Animal Shelter or Lake West Ambulance.
