Karl Blondin, Jr.
- June 27, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Karl Michael Blondin Jr. (KJ), who left this world on June 17, 2025, at the age of 33.
Born on September 22, 1991, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Karl and Suzi Blondin, Karl grew up in north Phoenix and graduated from Greenway High School in 2010. From a young age, he lived with a boundless spirit of adventure—finding joy in riding his quad across the desert with his mom and dad, boating on sun-drenched waters, and jet skiing at his favorite place in the world: Lake Powell. Family vacations to the lake became cherished traditions, where Karl’s energy and love for life shone brightly.
Those lucky enough to know Karl will remember his contagious laugh, radiant smile, and the warmth he carried in his heart. He had a remarkable ability to make people feel seen and loved. A thoughtful gift-giver, Karl found genuine delight in surprising others with meaningful tokens chosen just for them.
Karl’s legacy lives on in the memories he created, the laughter he sparked, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Karl is survived by his parents Karl Blondin and Suzi Isbell-Blondin, Aunt Jennifer and Jeremiah Gray, Uncle James and Melissa Isbell, cousins Brandon Delbrook, and Eden and children Lydia and Ryatt, Doug and Alexandra Delbrook and children Ryan, Charlotte, and Aurora, Oma Elisabeth Blondin, step mother Joyce Blondin and step brothers Austin and Conner Huang, Uncle and Aunt Jim and Rachael Blondin, cousins Nathan and Avery Blondin and extended family members and many friends.
A service will be held on July 15 at 11:30 at Christ Church of the Valley, 7007 West Happy Valley Road, Building 400, Peoria, AZ 85383. A reception will follow at another location; details to be provided at the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to K9s For Warriors at donate.k9sforwarriors.org.
