Justin Merrill

Justin Patrick Merrill, age 39, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at his residence.

Justin was born in Jacksonville, FL to his parents, Joe Zertuche and Jane Bell Zertuche. He worked as a health and safety coordinator. Justin was a 12 year veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of the local VFW, Wounded Warrior Project, and Disabled American Veterans. He loved his wife, daughter, family and his dogs. Justin loved his time while he lived in Hawaii and going to the beach. He also loved taking many photos and loved playing his grandfather’s records.

Justin is preceded in death by his grandparents, William Patrick Bell Sr. and Carolyn Florence Foulk Bell; sister, Carol Ann Bell.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his wife of 4 years, Priscila Merrill; daughter, Addison Merrill; brother, Adam Zertuche; sisters, Tara Merrill-Staup (Andrew) and Kea Zertuche; mother and father-in-law, Ana Santos and Moacir Santos.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN.
