Judy Navarro

Judith Navarro, affectionately known as Judi, was born Judith Renee Burstein on January 12, 1952, to Muriel and Richard Burstein, in Stamford, Connecticut. As a child, she moved around the country with her parents and younger brother Jay, from New York all the way to California.

In 1970, she started dating her future husband, Ramon (Ray) Navarro. Five years later, they married each other and started their life together. They lived in Trumbull, Connecticut for several years. In that time, both of their sons, Michael and Mark, were born.

In August of 1999, with her youngest son and mother, she moved to sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. She worked as an executive assistant for many years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, from an Internet start-up to a global shipping company. In her spare time, she loved shopping, listening to Barbara Streisand and Neil Diamond, and spending time with her family. She gave some of the best advice and never expected something in return. She was also an incredibly warm, compassionate, and giving individual that embraced life and the people in her life with all her might.

On September 24, 2025, Judi, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Judi is survived by her sons Michael Navarro (spouse Keith Heffle) and Mark Navarro, her brother Jay Burstein (wife Pamela Burstein) and niece Rachel Burstein and nephews Jonah Burstein, Nicholas Burstein (wife Lucy Stowe and Sylvie Burstein grand Niece) and her niece Mia Navarro, Adaline Wells Navarro (grand Niece) and Francesca Navarro.
