In Loving Memory of Johnny Dan Rodriguez
Johnny Dan Rodriguez passed away on April 27, 2025, in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was born on January 12, 1960, in Pomona, California. Johnny will be remembered for his skilled hands, great sense of humor, and generous heart.
He was survived by his mother Beatrice Romero, and his siblings Terrie Rubio (Chris), Beatrice Gonzalez, Robert Rodriguez (Kathy), and Art Rodriguez (Terrie), and his wife Danialle Rodriguez. He also leaves behind his children Johnny Jr., Gabriel, Christina, Arthur, Olivia, and his grandchildren Graysen, Andre, Payton, and Malakie, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father Hipolito Rodriguez, his sister Bobbie Rodriguez, and his son Ricky Rodriguez.
Johnny grew up in Corona, California, after moving there with his family in 1973. He attended Auburndale Jr. High and Corona High School, where he played drums in the band. Before his senior year, he proudly served our country in the National Guards. He later worked many years in construction as a concrete finisher.
In 2019, Johnny moved to Tennessee with friends and fell in love with the area. He continued working in construction and eventually was hired by American Colors in Lebanon, Tennessee, where he formed close bonds with co-workers who became his extended family.
Johnny loved the simple things in life – working hard, cooking, dancing, and making others laugh. He brought so much joy to those around him and had a deep love for his family.
He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on through the love and laughter he shared. Rest in peace, Johnny.
