She dedicated her career to serving others as a supervisor with Child Protective Services, where she worked tirelessly to protect and advocate for vulnerable children. Her commitment to this calling touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on her community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Joelle’s greatest joy was her family. She was the proud mother of five sons and one daughter, and the cherished grandmother of eleven grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her family remembers her not only for her wisdom and intelligence but also for her humor, resilience, and the comfort of her steady presence. Joelle was known for her quick wit, her love of a cold Diet Coke with a splash of cherry, and her unmatched ability to listen and give guidance. She was highly intelligent, thoughtful, and deeply loyal to those she loved.
