Jesus Dueñas

Jesus Ortega Dueñas was born in Cuyutlan Jalisco Mexico

on January 22,1925. Beloved Husband, Father and

Grandfather passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded

by his family Sunday December 8th, 2024, in

Oakland, CA. He was the eldest of 2 children of Leandro

Dueñas and Hilaria Ortega. He was preceded in death

by his eldest son Carlos T. Dueñas and younger brother

Marciano O. Dueñas.

He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Ana Maria Topete

Dueñas “Anita”, son Raul M. Dueñas (Dolores), grandchildren,

Rebecca Antonia and Antonio Jesus, daughter

Rosa D. Ellen (Harry W. Greer) grandson, Isaac Joshua.

Many nieces, nephews and friends whom he loved and

cherished. He was a retired Safeway Inc. Employee.

The family would like to thank His amazing care givers

Gabriela, Aurelia and Berna.

We extend our thanks to Sutter Hospice, Dr Virginia Cafaro

and her kind nursing staff team for being hands on

and present, taking every call from our family during this

emotional final journey.

Alameda Funeral and Cremation Services Chapel, 1415

20, 2024, at 11am, St Anthony Catholic Church,
