Janet Creed

Janet Diane Creed, 92, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of Armando Joseph Dimella and Gertrude Myrtle Carter, she was born June 28, 1933, in New York City, New York. In 1970, she married Ralph Edward Creed in Arkansas. She worked for many years as a photographer for the county police department. Mrs. Creed had been a resident of the Newton County Nursing Home, where she was an active member of the nursing home church. She loved to read, listen to classical music, and especially enjoyed trips to Branson with her friend, Melissa Campbell. 

She also loved cheesecake and had a special fondness for cats. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a son, Steve Charvoz.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Charvoz and Eddie Creed; a special friend, Melissa Campbell, and a host of other family and friends.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel.
