James Lynch

James Lynch, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 26th, 2025 at the age of 83, surrounded by his family in Yorktown Heights.

James is predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth Lynch and his brothers Denis and Bill Lynch. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Lynch, and their three children: James, Ann, and Maura (Gross) Lynch. He will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Brendan, Cormac, Riley, Maggie and Kieran, siblings, in-laws, nieces/nephews and friends.

Born in Ireland in 1942,  James was the son of James and Elizabeth Lynch. He was an Air Force Veteran; spent 40 years with the Verizon company and had made Yorktown his home since 1983.  He will be remembered for kindness, humor and generosity.

Family and friends are invited to viewing hours on Friday, August 29th from 4 – 6pm at Clark & Giordano Funeral Home at 2104 Saw Mill River Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 at 10:30am at New St. Patrick’s Church, 137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY  10598
