Jacqie Cosgrove, beloved wife, daughter, sister, gave her Irish goodbye on the morning of June 30, 2025, in Glendale, Arizona, at the age of 39. She’s now resting and at peace. She was a light and joy in the lives of all who knew her.
Jacqie’s journey began as a vibrant student at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts Performing Arts Center, where she honed her creativity and passion. Her love for learning continued at the College of Southern Nevada, where she earned her Associate’s Degree and laid the groundwork for her future.
Her deep compassion for animals led Jacqie to a fulfilling career as a veterinarian, a role in which she excelled. Through her work, Jacqie not only helped countless pets but also brought comfort and support to many pet owners during their times of need.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Jacqie will remember her for her loving nature, her gentle spirit, and the impassioned approach she took in life. She was a person who cultivated kindness, touching the hearts of many through her endearing qualities.
Jacqie’s interests were a reflection of her caring nature, with a profound love for animals, especially cats, dogs, and horses. Her dedication to these animals was evident in every interaction, and she was often found spending her free time in the company of these beloved friends.
She was an amazing wife to Rony Flores, who stood by her side in love and friendship. Her memory will be treasured by her loving father, Kirk, whose guidance and affection shaped the woman she became. She was a wonderful furbaby mama to Lily, Jade, Tuffy, Hunter and Beau as well as many others in the past.
Jacqie’s life was one of dedication and boundless care. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her, and her compassionate spirit will remain a presence in our hearts.
In remembrance of Jacqie Cosgrove, we celebrate a life lived—a life filled with purpose, love, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of all living animals. Though she has left this world, her memory will forever be etched in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
