Harold Cummings

Harold Timothy Cummings, age 79, of Kodak, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, surrounded by family. He was born in Hammond, Indiana on July 9, 1946. He was a devoted member of Ebenezer Baptist Church of Knoxville. The family moved to Washington CH, Ohio in 1947 where he graduated from Miami Trace High School and then attended University of Dayton. He served for 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. He worked at Standard Register and Mac Tools in Ohio and later moved to Deltona, FL where he retired from the City of Orlando as Information Systems Manager. In 2001 he then moved to the Kodak, TN area. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Agnes Cummings.

Harold is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Christine Cummings; sons and daughters-in-law, Troy and Jennifer Cummings, Marty and Jodene Cummings; grandchildren, Kaiden Grace Cummings and Cole Matthew Cummings; sister, Andrea Cummings Yankie; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 10-11 AM Saturday in Atchley’s Smoky Mountain chapel in Pigeon Forge, with funeral service to follow at 11 AM with Pastor Bob Province, of Ebenezer Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow the services in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens in Pigeon Forge.
