Friends of Sutro Tunnel welcomes Joel Seidman as Tourism Director
The Friends of Sutro Tunnel Charity Board of Directors is pleased to announce the hiring of Joel Seidman, who most recently served as the Director of Business Operations for the Reno Events Center since 2023, as the new tourism director.
The Travel Nevada 3D Grant Project recently awarded to FoSTC provided for the hiring of a full-time tourism director for the FoSTC.
Seidman is a respected entertainment industry executive with a distinguished career leading sales operations for commercial entertainment organizations such as the MGM Grand, Excalibur, Ceasars, the Luxor, Mandalay Bay and the Grand Sierra Resort.
Seidman is looking forward to promoting the Sutro Tunnel & Site as well as the Comstock & Dayton areas.
