The Capital Community Band, under the direction of Nick Jacques, will tie a big red bow around 2025 by presenting a Holiday concert on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
The free concert will be presented in the Boldrick Theater in the Carson Community Center at 2:00 P.M.
The concert will feature traditional and new Christmas songs, including Polor Express, A Showstoppin’ Christmas, Midnight In Bethlehem , Festival Espanol, and of course, Sleigh Ride.
This concert is perfect for the whole family and a great way to begin your holiday season. And IT’S FREE! Donations are happily accepted.
The Capital City Community Band was founded in 1978 by Richard Doede as a venue for adult musicians in which to perform. Many of the members played in high school, college, and beyond, professionally. Others began playing as adults. All the musicians, including the director and soloists, perform without monetary compensation. We just enjoy sharing our music with others and hope you enjoy our efforts.
Please join us in welcoming the Holiday Season on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in the Boldrick Theater in the Carson Community Center.
