Erick Mullins

Erick Rupert Mullins, age 50, of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Monday, June 23, 2025, at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was a Minister and past youth Minister at Mt. Zion Church.

Erick was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on July 17, 1974, the late Rupert Wonder Mullins Sr. and Bessie Lee “Bugg” Pearson Mullins.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Rupert Mullins Jr., Robert Wayne Mullins and Awonder Mullins.

He is survived by his fiancé, Janell Campbell of Hazard, Kentucky, one son, Erick Ramein Mullins of Jonesboro, Tennessee, two daughters, Imani Na-Keisha Myree Mullins of Pikeville, Kentucky and Madison Elizabeth Gayheart of Hazard, Kentucky; two brothers, Emmett Bugg (Jamie) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Williams Floyd Mullins (Sandra) of Middletown, Maryland and two sisters, Anna Maria Mullins of Pikeville, Kentucky and Rita Mullins Dudley of Maryland.

He is also survived by three grandchildren, Seriyah Thacker, Kiana Thacker and Timothy Reece Justice and a sister-in-law, Rose Mullins.

Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 29, 2025, in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with evening services officiated by Pastor Sandy Layne.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2025 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Peake officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Memorial Park.

In Lieu of Flowers The Family Has Requested That Contributions Are Requested To Be Made To The Funeral Home.
