Eric Dilkes

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eric Leonard Dilkes on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 at Afton Park Place, Sarnia, in his 90th year.

Eric was predeceased by his wife Myrna and granddaughter Rebecca. Eric is survived by his son Brad

(Sally) and daughter Angela (Nick). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Matthew (Julia), Colette (Brent), Alesha (Jon), Camille (Mike), Amanda (Tyler). He will be remembered fondly by his ten great-grandchildren.

Eric was born and raised in London Ontario, where he met his wife of 63 years, Myrna. Eric started his career as a draftsman at Richard’s Wilcox in London Ontario. From there he transitioned to become a High School Drafting/Tech Teacher. Eric taught at Bluevale Collegiate for 22 years. Eric loved spending his winters in Florida with his loving wife Myrna.

Cremation has taken place and a private family Graveside Service will be held at a future date.
