Elma Jean Miller, age 76, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025.

Elma Jean was born on November 22, 1948, to Tommy Williams and Nancy Burnside of Clarksdale, MS. She and Clyde Adams moved to Memphis as young parents to raise their children. She prayed daily for her only son, Charles Michael James (Linda), and her daughters, Mona Lisa Stitt (Sylvester), Martha Ann Cannon (Freddy), and Victoria Adams. She was a proud grandmother to Tavares Adams, Terrica McAdams (Carlo), Latoya Stitt, Hombra Stokes, Michaela James (Melissa), Camri Stitt (Brittany), and Jessica Parks. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Travis Parks, Jr.
