Douglas Sheriff’s Office asks for public’s help identifying theft suspect
The suspect is alleged to have stolen $346.42 worth of merchandise from the Gardnerville Walmart.

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at approximately 11 a.m., a male suspect entered the Gardnerville Walmart on Grant Avenue and stole $346.42 worth of merchandise.

After the theft, the suspect exited the store and left in a silver Toyota sedan.

The suspect is approximately 25 to 30 years old, with tattoos on his face, neck and hands. The suspect has large ear piercings.
