Dina Ciborowski

Dina Bruno Ciborowski passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer on October 7, 2023. She was 57 years of age.

Born in Jersey City, Dina was a lifelong resident and graduate of Saint Aloysius High School. She worked for the Educational Arts Team, visiting the local grammar schools as well as Camp Liberty, where she would use an alternative form of teaching through the arts, allowing children to express themselves in a way different than traditional teaching methods.

Dina was a beautiful person both inside and out. Her infectious smile was a bright light that brought comfort and joy to many. She was an avid hockey and football fan, cheering on the New Jersey Devils and New York Jets. Dina also loved music and enjoyed listening to Bruce Springsteen, U2 and the Killers. Most importantly, her family was her life. Dina loved being a mother and her spirit lives on in Nicholas, Natalie and Mary.

Dina is the beloved wife of Andrew Ciborowski. She is the loving mother of Natalie and Mary Ciborowski and step-son Nicholas Ciborowski. Dear sister of Patricia, Robert, Phil and Randy and sister-in-law of Christina, Christine Rosen, Donna, Tina, and Bob Rosen. Adoring aunt of Michael Drew and Robert, Steven, Nicolette and her daughter Elena, Daniel, Matteo, Sylvia and Andreas Bruno.

Cremation was held privately. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering at Saint Aedan’s: The Saint Peter’s University Church on Thursday, October 19th beginning at 9:30 AM, followed by a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Dina’s memory to PETA or the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
