Diane Barlow

Diane P. (Reid) Barlow, 73, of Rome, passed away September 22, 2025 after a long-fought battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was born on June 4, 1952 in Rome, a daughter of the late Francis and Elizabeth Reid. Diane graduated from Rome Free Academy. She enjoyed a long career in banking, retiring from M & T Bank. On August 30, 1991, Diane was united in marriage to Paul Barlow.

Surviving besides her loving husband, Paul, are two daughters, Melissa Sauer and Kristen Clements (Matt Seelman); her grandson, Maverick; brother, David Reid (Debbie); niece, Rachel Destito (John); step-children, Sonya Ciccone (Michael) and Eric Barlow (Sandy); son-in-law, Bruce Paquette; as well as step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and brothers-in-law; and lifetime friends, Leslie, Linda, Lauren, and Lana. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Dora Tuggey; step-children, Jill Paquette and Brian Barlow; son-in-law, Daniel Clements; and many other cherished family members.  

Family and friends are invited to call at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc. 418 N. George St., Rome NY 13440, on Monday, September 29th from 6-7:00 p.m. followed by a service at 7:00 p.m.
