Debra McCartney

Debra Kaye McCartney, 64 of Dunbar passed away July 7, 2025, at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston.

She was a homemaker, personal care giver and her children and grandchildren were her entire world.

Preceding here in death were her husband, Denver McCartney Sr.; son, Lee Justin McCartney and brother, William Mitchell.

Surviving are her daughter, Mary Jennifer Smith (Shawn) of Clendenin, sons, Earl Dustin McCartney of Belle and Denver Keith McCartney Jr. (Jessica) of Clendenin; brother, Robert Mitchell (Tammy) of Charleston and 16 grandchildren, who she dearly loved.

In keeping with Debra’s requests, her cremation wishes will be honored and there be no services.
