Debra Estes Durrett

Debra Kay Estes Durrett, 68, passed away on October 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Debra was a mother, grandmother, and friend with courageous, creative, untamed spirit whose greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Dana

Bennett; her sons, Burnis Edward Delrie Jr. and Lloyd Delrie; and her four cherished grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Those who knew Debra will remember her for her strength, resilience, and her ability to make others shake their heads in awe at her wit, spirit, and her commitment to walking her own path. Her light and laughter brightened every room she entered. Debra treasured time with her children and grandchildren, creating memories that will live on in their hearts forever. Though her time here was far too short, her love and spirit will continue to guide her family and friends in the years ahead.

A celebration of Debra’s life will be held at Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory on Tuesday October 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will take place on Monday October 6, 2025 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to honor her memory.
