Debra Davis

BROOKFIELD- Debra (Olds) Davis, 63, of Brookfield, passed away on July 8, 2025, following a recent hospitalization. 

She was born on April 10, 1962, in Worcester, Deborah spent her early years in the city before moving to Brookfield as a teenager. She graduated from Tantasqua Regional High School in nearby Sturbridge and spent much of her life in the Brookfield area. 

Deborah was known for her kind heart, creative spirit, and quiet strength. She had a deep love for gardening and took pride in her ability to make anything bloom—her green thumb was one of her greatest joys. Equally passionate about home décor and crafting, she had an eye for transforming the ordinary into something beautiful. Whether she was hand‑painting wooden signs, refinishing a found piece, or uncovering hidden treasures at tag sales, Deborah brought warmth and character to every space she touched. 

She is survived by her longtime partner, David Lincoln of Brookfield. Her children, Gabrielle Olds of Hardwick and Andrew Davis and wife Kelsey of Templeton, were her greatest pride. She also leaves her brother Ronald Suffill and wife Kathy of Millbury, and her beloved granddaughters, Addison and Jillian Christiansen of Hardwick. She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Virginia Olds (Slate), and her brother, Gary Olds, all of Brookfield. 

Deborah will be remembered for her creativity, her love of simple pleasures, and the care she poured into family, home, and garden. Her memory lives on in the blooms she tended, the handmade pieces she created, and the people who loved her.
