David Castor

The world became a little quieter when Mr David Castor age 64 of Crestview, Florida passed away on Saturday August 23, 2025 at the Aviata @ Shoal Creek Crestview,  David was born in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida to Freddie and Mary A. (Stevens) Castor.  He lived a full life of laughter, love, and just enough mischief to keep things interesting.

David proudly served in the United States Army.

David is survived by his children:  April Lee; Carlos Guillen; Aloura Holman; Kamry Holman; Miaya Thomas; Robert Allen and LaShawn Campbell; grandchildren; Crystal Castor; Nancy Stevens; Gail Lewis and Keith Shanklin; nephews Brian Castor and Joseph Stevens and a lifetime of friends who could fill a book with stories of David’s adventures.

Whether you knew him as “Dirty” or just David you could never forget the lasting impression he left with his humor.  He will be remembered with Love and maybe a raised Glass in his Honor.
