Dale Loch

Dale L. Loch, 53, of Covington Twp. died Monday at his home after a battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Born November 1, 1971 in Scranton, PA, he is the son of Linda L. (Frable) Loch of Covington Twp. and the late Donald A. Loch, Sr. Dale was a 1990 graduate of North Pocono High School, and was employed in the plumbing and heating business for many years.

Dale was an avid hunter and fisherman and could call in any turkey within hearing distance. He was a great friend to many and would help you out of any situation, no questions asked. He loved spending time with his family and would give great life advice to his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed especially his sense of humor and big laugh.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his brother, Donald A. Loch Jr. and wife Melissa of Covington Twp.; his Brother Ryan S. Loch and his wife Michelle of Punta Gorda, Florida; and his sister Dena R. Loch of Kirkland, Washington; thirteen nieces and nephews and six great-nieces and nephews.

Dale was preceded in death by his sister Michele L. (Loch) Strausser in 2014.

A private celebration of life will be conducted by Dale’s family in the near future.
