Cora Olsson

Cora Ann Olsson, 37, of New Berlin, IL, was received by her Lord and Savior Jesus into eternal rest on Monday, September 29, 2025. She was born on March 8, 1988, in Springfield, IL, to John and Evelyn (Davis) Olsson.

Cora is survived by her daughters, Evelyn Ann Johnson and Faith Noelle Johnson, both of New Berlin; father, John Olsson, of New Berlin; brother, Jacob (Samantha) Olsson of New Berlin; sisters, Alexis Olsson and Danielle Olsson, both of New Berlin; grandma, Betty Olsson of Lantana, FL; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother; stepmother, Sharon Conley; grandfather, Jesse Olsson; maternal grandparents, William and Coralen Davis; and uncles, Paul Schatte and Billy Davis Jr.

Cora will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation: 9:00 am – 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Berlin, IL.

Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Berlin, IL with Pastor Jacob Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church or Springfield Lutheran High Building Fund.
