Constance Breksa
Constance “Connie” Breksa, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, at the age of 82 in Stratford, CT. She was born on September 25, 1942, to Richard and Isabel Schuler. Connie worked for many years as an accountant at M. Argueso & Co in Mamaroneck. She was a loving mother, and grandmother, who always showed up to important celebrations alongside her kids, spending many of her weekends cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events, especially soccer. Connie thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her siblings and spoke to them daily. She cherished the time she spent living with her son Richard, who cared deeply for her. She loved making holidays unforgettable, especially Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and St. Patrick’s Day. She lived life to the fullest with a passion for traveling to places like Hershey, Lake St. Catherine, Cape Cod, and Disney. She was an avid crossword puzzle enthusiast, Gin Rummy and UNO champion as well as a pro at Kindle Life, bowling, and Sorry! player. Connie is survived by her cherished siblings, Bonnie Schuler, Ronald Schuler, Donna McLeod, and John Schuler; loving children, Kevin Breksa, Richard Breksa, Kimberly Harvey (Eric), Michael Breksa (Joana), and Michelle Lastraglio (Anthony), and her dear grandchildren she could not have been more proud of and loved unconditionally Christopher, Austin, Isabel, Andrew, Aiden, and Michael. She is predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Breksa. To honor and celebrate Connie’s life, family and friends will gather on Monday, 6/30/2025 from 4-8pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME 767 E. Boston Post Rd Mamaroneck, NY, 10543, 914-698-5968. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday 7/01/2025 at 11am at St. Augustine R.C. Church Larchmont. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Air Force Aid Society.
