Cody Penman

Cody David Penman, 35, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away on July 13th, 2025.

Born on February 7th, 1990, in Colorado, Cody brought wit, humor and a big smile to the lives of all who knew him. Cody was the beloved son of Michael and Tracy Penman, and a cherished brother to Garth and Dakota Penman.

A walking contradiction wrapped in leather and sarcasm, Cody was a man who loved deeply, rode loudly, and argued often – especially if the topic was American history, firearms, or why Harley-Davidson was the only real motorcycle worth owning. He was the living encyclopedia of war stories, a staunch Second Amendment defender, and the kind of guy who would charm you and piss you off in the same sentence.

Cody’s rough exterior masked a fiercely loyal heart and an unwavering devotion to his family. His close bond to his family was evident to all, and his presence enlivened every gathering, filling rooms with his laughter and cheeky grin. He’d show up when it counted – usually late, probably cussing – but always there.

He lived his life on his own terms, argued every rule, and rode every road like it owed him something. And honestly, the world’s going to feel just a little too quiet without him.
