Christina Hayes
Christina (“Tina”) Casselberry Hayes passed away peacefully in her Ridgewood home on August 25, 2025. Known for the twinkle in her blue eyes and her infectious cackle-like laugh, Tina is survived by her three children, Barbara, Michelle and Michael, and her 11 grandchildren who affectionately knew her as “Mimi.” Born on December 1, 1944, in Montoursville, PA to Clifford and Mary Casselberry, Tina is reunited in heaven with Michael, her late husband of nearly 60 years.
Throughout her life Tina loved to volunteer, whether it was reading to underprivileged children in Arizona or donating her time and resources to the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Tina loved all animals, as evidenced by her numerous pets during her lifetime and the Incredible Dr. Pol which streamed around the clock in her living room. Tina was also an avid golfer and a longstanding member at Ridgewood Country Club in New Jersey and Paradise Valley Country Club in Arizona, where she spent her winters with friends and family.
Tina is a longstanding member of Emmanuel Church in Ridgewood, where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, at 11 AM.
