Charles Donbaugh, Jr.
Charles B. Donbaugh, Jr., of Dauphin and formerly of Harrisburg, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.
Born on September 27, 1936 in Pottsville, PA to the late Charles B. Donbaugh, Sr. and Hazel (Rehrig) Putt.
Charles was retired from Aumillers Auto Parts in Halifax as a truck driver.
He enjoyed camping, watching westerns, small engine repair, tractors, playing BINGO and scratch off lottery tickets. He was a former member of the Italian Club in Keene, NH.
Charles was the widower of Gloria A. Donbaugh, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Benware, a granddaughter, Brittany Keller, 3 brothers; Jack Donbaugh, Ed Donbaugh, Barry Putt, 2 sisters; Beverly Ensinger and Nancy Crider.
Surviving is his son, Charles B. Donbaugh, III and his wife, Lisa of Dauphin, 3 daughters; Robin K. Haggett and her husband, Edward of Deerfield, NH, Dotty R. Fauteux of Keene, NH, Patty A. Baker and her husband, William of Dauphin, a brother, Lester W. Putt of Dauphin, 5 sisters; Rhoda Troup of New Bloomfield, Shirley Ream and her husband, Robert of Philadelphia, Joan Conway and her husband, Pat of Washington State, Carole Rodenheaver of Harrisburg, Margaret Cassett of Pillow, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 24, 2024 in the Neumyer Funeral Home, 1334 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Burial will be in Dauphin Cemetery, Dauphin, PA.
Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday in the funeral home.
