Cathy Lacy

Cathy Ann Lacy, 70, of Sissonville passed away April 18, 2025 at home.

She was a retired beautician for 44 years and loved her family and her dog, Queenie.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Michael S. Lacy and parents, George Neely and Betty Cooksey.

Surviving are her daughter, Angela Ashley of Louisville, Kentucky; brother, Mark Neely of Dunbar; sister, Mindy Wilkinson of Malden and grandson, Brennon Legg.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time on Wednesday.

In keeping with Cathy’s requests, her cremation wishes will be honored prior to the memorial service.
