Carson City Rangers join Reno Rangers for Regional Jr Ranger Day Saturday
For the fourth year in a row, Carson City kids, as well as kids from surrounding areas, can become the ultimate Jr Park Ranger by attending the Regional Jr Ranger Day!
This year, the event will be hosted by Reno Parks and Recreation at Mira Loma Park, 3000 S McCarran Blvd, Reno Nv, 89502.
Festivities begin at 10:00am and will run until 2:00pm. Event will include hourly interpretive activities, a bike rodeo led by Kiwanis International and a Black Hawk helicopter will land on the lawn, courtesy of the Nevada Army National Guard.
The Carson City Park Rangers, Washoe County Parks, and Nevada State Parks will all be joining the Reno Park Rangers.
