Carol Peters

Mrs. Carol Joyce Peters, age 82, of West Jefferson, passed away on Tuesday at Ashe Memorial Hospital.

She was born on April 8, 1943, in Michigan to the late Roy William Gust and Annie Minnie Virginia Pache Peters. She worked for many years as a Personnel Administrator at a tool manufacturing company.

Carol will be remembered as a kind and thoughtful person who deeply valued her family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Peters is survived by one brother, Larry Peters (Trudy) of Marshall, NC; a special friend, Ruth Owca of St. Joseph, Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.
