With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of Carmen Miranda, who left this world peacefully on July 27, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on June 8, 1934, Carmen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose legacy of love and strength will live on for generations.

Carmen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nieves Resto, and two sons, Victor and Roberto. She is survived by her eight loving children: Carmen , Nelson, Luis ,Lilliam, Emily, Eddie, Iliana, and Edwin. She also leaves behind a large and loving family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom were deeply touched by her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion.

Carmen was the heart of her family—a source of comfort, wisdom, and boundless love. Her home was a sanctuary, filled with laughter, delicious meals, and a welcoming spirit that embraced all. She taught by example, living a life rooted in compassion, humility, and resilience.

Her strength carried her family through life’s joys and challenges, and her memory will be cherished in every story shared, every tradition continued, and every act of love passed down.

Funeral arrangements will be communicated by the family. As we grieve her loss, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the countless ways she blessed those around her.

Carmen Miranda will be forever missed, always remembered, and eternally loved.
