Billie Holder
- December 3, 2025

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Billie Ruth Holder, a woman of adventurous spirit, loving nature, and witty humor, on December 1, 2025, at her home in Lipan, Texas. She was born in Cleburne, TX, on January 25, 1941, to William H. and Olena Ruth (Martin) Stover.
Billie was a devoted wife to Kenneth Holder, her husband of 64 years and 10 months, a testament to their enduring love and commitment. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, bowling while she demonstrated her competitive spirit and traveling as she made memories along the way. She was willing to try anything adventurous, ziplining, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding, or any suggestion someone may have had, she would do it without hesitation.
Billie’s welcoming nature made her home in Lipan, Texas, a warm haven for all guests and friends. Yet, what mattered most to Billie were her grandchildren, who were the apple of her eye. Her life was a testament of strong Christian faith, which guided her through all walks of life. Her warmth, humor, and vivacious spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Billie is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ray Holder, children, Wesley Holder, Teresa Dodson, Debbie Morris, and husband, Bill, grandchildren, Bryan Dodson, Terri Hundley and husband, Greg, Jeremy Moore, and wife Kali, Isaiah Holder, Brandon Dodson, and wife, Maria and 11 great-grandchildren.
