Beverly Horst

Beverly A. Horst, 73, of Kidron, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at Aultman Hospital in Canton.

She was born in Wayne County on May 25, 1952 to the late Harold B. and Ella N. (Nussbaum) Horst and had been a life resident of Kidron.

She worked at Kidron Town and Country for many years and was a member of Oak Ridge Mennonite Church.

She is survived by a sister, Edna Rhodes of Lisbon; nine nieces and nephews, Vernon (Lynette) Rhodes of Lisbon, Dallas (Karen) Rhodes of Dalton, Marlene (Steve) Sweigart of Morgantown, PA, Joann (Merv) Fisher of Machias, NY, Twila (Leland) Burkholder of Bloomfield, NM, Karen (Eugene) Rudolph of Dalton, Glenda (Jeremy) Zimmerman of Ossineke, MI, Juanita Rhodes of Willard, OH and Denise (Wesley) Martin of Augusta, WI; and 34 great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Carl Rhodes.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10:00 am at Oak Ridge Mennonite Church, 770 N. Millborne Road, Wooster, with the church ministry officiating.  Burial will follow in the County Line Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Friends may call on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 pm at the Oak Ridge Mennonite Church.
