BETTY LEE PIERCE

April 4, 1940 – September 6, 2025

Betty Lee Pierce, 85, of Florahome passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka following a brief illness.

Born in High Point, North Carolina, Betty had worked over 20 years for Walmart in Palatka as a sales associate in their lawn and garden center. She had a passion for growing flowers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Pierce; and sons, Benny Cummings and Kenny Cummings.

Surviving are two daughters, Cynthia Moorman (Colin) and Joyce Hardin; a son, Shane Pierce; many grandchildren, including Corey Pierce (Kierston) and Katie Steedley; a great grandson, Carson Pierce; three brothers, Harold Lambeth, Frank Lambeth, and Doug Lambeth; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Palatka Memorial Gardens (4070 Silver Lake Drive).
