Benjamin Anderson-LaVigne

Benjamin Erik Anderson-LaVigne, 42, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Ben was an avid outdoorsman who found joy and peace in nature. Whether he was hunting in the woods, dropping a fishing line or flying over the wilderness in a bush plane, Ben’s love for the outdoors was a defining part of who he was. Ben’s adventurous spirit will live on through all that loved him.

Above all, Ben’s greatest joy was being a dad to his two sons, Easton and Nolan, who were the pride of his life.

He is further survived by many: his parents, Bruce and Debbie (Anderson) LaVigne; sister, Courtney (Luke) Smith; niece, Aubrey; nephew, Colton; grandmother, Rita Anderson; aunts and uncle, Doyle Anderson (Ila Stish), Barbara LaVigne Valk (cousin Krisha Valk), and Sharon Green; god parents, Pamela and Bob Peterson.

A Celebration of Ben’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Green-Larsen Mortuary at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM.

Ben will be remembered for his easy smile, and the countless memories made around campfires, lakes, and skies.
