Barbara De Salvo Grudziecki

Barbara M. De Salvo Grudziecki, nee Segal, 88 of Skokie, IL.  Born March 21, 1937 in Chicago, IL, passed away August 19, 2025.  

Beloved wife of the late Paul De Salvo and the late Lawrence Grudziecki.  Loving mother of Donna (Joe) La Barbera, Debbie (Troy Grospitz) De Salvo and Paul (Karen) De Salvo. Cherished grandmother of Kayley La Barbera, Joey La Barbera, Troy Grospitz, Anthony De Salvo and William De Salvo.  Dear sister of Elaine Howard, Howard (Jan) Segal, Robert (Debbie) Segal and sister in law of the late Linda Segal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, including her very close friend Mary Lou Mazurek.

Visitation Friday, August 22, 2025 from 3-8 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E, Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  Funeral Saturday, August 23, 2025, 11 AM from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home to St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine for Mass at 11:30 AM.  Entombment will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL.
