Archie Dunavan

It is with profound sadness, we share the passing of our dear father Archie Eugene Dunavan who passed away peacefully October 2, 2025, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. Archie was born May 12, 1964 in Chicago IL. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. Archie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Archie is survived by his wife Helen Louise Dunavan; children Crystal Beuck (Philip), Harold Charles (Tara), Tabitha Charles, and Ruben Dunavan; grandchildren Madeline Charles, Lexi Lind (Trevor), Abigail Charles, Kloey Lind, Emma Charles, and Katelyn Beuck; great-grandson Roman; sister Theresa Crowder; and his beloved nieces and nephews.

Archie was preceded in death by his grandson Chance Lind; brothers Rich Dunavan, Robert (Boobie) Dunavan, Dallas Dunavan; sisters Debbie Dunavan and Pamela Shaw.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at Libby Road Missionary Baptist Church (878 By-Pass Rd. Heber Springs AR) on Saturday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m.
