Anne Marie Fisher, aged 85, passed away peacefully at her home on September 2, 2025, in Fletcher, North Carolina, after a courageous battle with cancer. She lived a life marked by dedication to her faith, family, and those she served through her work.

In 1972, Anne began her career with the Department of Justice at the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, TX, as a secretary. Through prudent leadership skills, she rose to the position of Warden, at the Federal Prison Camp, in Bryan, TX, prior to her professional retirement in 1997.

Anne was a member of Naples Baptist Church, Naples, NC, for over 25 years. Her deepest love and passion was in the area of missions.
