AnnaDale Bandley Wheeler
August 16, 1931 – May 19, 2025
AnnaDale Bandley Wheeler, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025, at the age of 93.
AnnaDale was born on August 16, 1931, to AnnaDale Oakley and Richard Bandley. She was one of seven children and the last of her siblings—five brothers and one sister—to pass on. She carried their legacy with strength and grace throughout her life.
On April 12, 1952, she married her sweetheart, Kent Wheeler, and together they built a loving home grounded in faith, compassion, and service. A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, AnnaDale lived a life of quiet discipleship, always putting others before herself.
AnnaDale’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother and the proud matriarch of a large and growing posterity that includes 7 children, 22 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Her love and influence will continue to bless their lives for generations to come. Family was her greatest treasure, and she was rich with those blessings.
AnnaDale will be remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and steadfast faith. Though standing less than 5’ tall, she lived with a giant heart full of love. Her home was always open and there was a hug for everyone that entered.
She is preceded in death by her husband Kent, her parents, and all of her siblings. Her legacy lives on in the lives of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
AnnaDale is survived by her loving children: Dan (Becky) Wheeler of Salem, Dawn (Phil) Dunn of Mapleton, Kim (Jeff) Carter of Mesquite, Bobbie (Kim) Dewsnup of Spanish Fork, Mick (Craig) Lowe of Springville, Rondo Wheeler of Mapleton, and Rusty (Travis) Reid of Spanish Fork.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 28th 11:00 am at the Mapleton 15th ward LDS Chapel located at 1050 N. 300 W., Mapleton UT. Interment will be held at the Springville Evergreen cemetery following the funeral.
