Amber Morgan-Brooks
Amber Lynn Morgan-Brooks (33) of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2025 at her home. Amber was born August 11, 1991 in Provo Utah at Utah Valley Medical Center to Sandy Glover Morgan and Dan Clark Morgan.
Amber grew up in Pleasant Grove. She attended Valley View elementary, Pleasant Grove Jr. High, graduated from Pleasant Grove High School went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Provo College all while working as a Psych Tech at Utah Valley Medical Center.
As a young girl she was surrounded by incredible friends, influential young women leaders, close cousins, the most amazing fun grandparents and big brother Mac. She loved being outdoors playing softball, camping, fishing, following her dad and brother around and planting flowers with her mom. She loved music, participated in junior and high school choir and learned to play the piano.
On October 8, 2016 Amber married the love of her life and eternal companion Marcus Brooks. Together with their fur babies Fez, Kyla and Baxter they made a beautiful loving peaceful home.
Amber loved living in Pleasant Grove and especially loved the annual Strawberry Days celebration where she was always present at the parade and rodeo at which she volunteered.
Amber had a big heart and was always most concerned about taking care of others. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her best friend, Caecee Smith, and would always say that family is the most important thing. She made a lot of friends everywhere she went and where she worked, particularly Hobby Lobby.
Amber is survived by her loving husband Marcus Brooks; mother, Sandy Morgan; siblings, Mac Busha, Chris (Jennifer) Morgan, Kimberly (John) Matson, and Anna Morgan. Grandparents, Ken and Jena Glover. In-laws Jon and Karen Brooks, Ali Stemmons, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Dan Morgan, brother Danny Morgan, grandparents Max and Merle Williams.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Amber Morgan-Brooks will be held on August 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1106 East 200 South Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062.
