1939 – 2025

Passed away, surrounded by family, on August 8, 2025 at Wellington Terrace, in Fergus, ON at the age of 86.

Beloved husband of the late Adélia (Nogueira) Carolino, who predeceased him in 2013. Cherished father of John (Paula) Carolino and Maria “Lai” (Roberto) Rossi. Proud and devoted Avô (Grandfather) to Cory (Inez), Nicholas (Rachel), Cassandra (Michael), Chloe (Tomás), Grandpa to Carolina, and Alex, and Bisavô (Great-Grandfather) to Mia, Mateo, and Sidney.

Dear brother of José Carolina (Elisabete), Maria “Bia” Afilhado (Elvino), and Ana Santana (Joaquin). Predeceased by his siblings Antonio Carolino, Custódia Carolino (Severino), and Fernando Carolino (Trinidade). Carolino is lovingly remembered by extended family and friends in Canada, Portugal, South Africa and Brazil.

Agostinho’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00-8:00 PM, on Monday, August 11, 2025, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 4:00-5:45 PM, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the funeral home. Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel at 6:00 PM. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Wellington Terrace – Oak Glen Community, or a charity of your choice or a gesture of kindness in Carolino’s memory.
