Adele Krutchick

Adele Marie Krutchick (Damiano) was born December 8, 1959, and raised in New York by her parents Rita and Vincenzo, along with her sister and best friend Angela.

Adele married her love Sam Krutchick on August 28, 1982. A few years later they started a family, raising two sons perfectly as gentlemen, Vincent (Tina) and Michael (Gloria).

Adele lived simply, enjoying time with family, dinners at home, gardening, browsing yard sales, working on her dollhouse, and hanging out with neighbors. Lots of special time and holidays through the years were spent with her nieces and extended family. She is remembered by many from her time doing clerical work at Nyack Hospital and with a local obstetrician. Adele rode on the back of Sam’s motorcycle, loved her dogs Molly and Chloe, and even her pet bird who drove her crazy.

After losing Sam in 2017, Adele did not give up strength. Adele and her sister Angela took each day and each week one by one together. They cooked, baked, and went shopping together often. They talked on the phone day and night. Angela worked tirelessly with Vincent to support every wish of Adele’s.

Adele spent the last 5 years as a cherished, doting grandmother to Vincenzo, Daniella, and Adrian. She enjoyed Sundays as a standing visit with laughs and desserts, toys all over, and seeing the babies grow right in front of her eyes.

Adele leaves a legacy of love and most importantly strength.
