NV Energy forced power outage closes Bordewich Bray, Carson Middle and Student Support Services

Due to high winds and increased fire risk, NV Energy has imposed a planned Power Outage at four school sites in Carson City. School will be closed/canceled for the entire day at Bordewich Bray Elementary, Carson Middle, the District Office and Student Support Services. 

All employees and students who report to these specific school sites should remain home. No student activities, afterschool programs or practices will occur at only these schools. All other school sites will have power and the school day will remain unchanged.
