1955-2024
Maysville, Missouri…Sharon Elaine Wade, age 68, was born December 26, 1955 the daughter of Duane and Anna Maureen Hunsaker in Fort Knox, Kentucky and went home to Jesus on October 15, 2024 while surrounded by her loved ones.
On October 5, 1974 she married Ronald Lynn Wade in Plattsburg, Missouri. Sherry worked many years for Casey’s General Store as the Area Supervisor until she retired in 2013. Sherry was the rock of her family, always there for her kids and grandkids no matter what. Always everyone’s biggest supporter, especially when it came to any sport they were involved in. When it came to her grandkids, they always knew how much their “Nana” loved them and telling them all “I love you Always and Always”. A huge piece of this family is now watching over them all.
Sherry is survived by her husband Ron of the home; Aunt, Judyth Kaye Cole of the home; Children, Myke (Kate) Wade of St. Joseph; Kristy (Tabby) Wade of Kansas City, MO, Gail (Josh) Thornton of Maysville, Billy (Kerie) Wade; Grandchildren, Mary Anna (Chase) Kearns, Dylan (Bailey) Wade, Dalton Wade, Jakob (Abby) Wade, Emmett Wade, Kloie Wade, Kadence Costner, Leyton Costner, Tomas Wade-Violet, Bryson Ingraham, and Daniel Wade; Great-Grandchildren, Joshua Arnold Jr., Hunter Kearns, Hallie Kearns, Ellori Wade, and Ivy Wade.
Memorial Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2024 at Turner Family Funeral Home of Maysville. Visitation: 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2024 at the funeral home.
