Francois A. Scheepers
Francois A. Scheepers, age 59 of Yorkville, IL formerly of Willow Springs, IL passed away unexpectedly on June 23, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 13, 1961 in Rustenburg, South Africa the son of Francois A. and Lourensa (Venter) Scheepers.
He was united in marriage on May 27, 2015 to Lorna Stern Bartlett and they spent the next 6 years happily together. Mr. Scheepers was employed for several years with Suez W. T. S. as a delivery specialist. Francois was a loving husband, son, step-father, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Francois is survived by his wife, Lorna Stern Scheepers of Yorkville, IL; his mother, Lourensa, his step-children, Marius Bartlett and Kristin Bartlett both of Cape Town, South Africa; his brother, Lourens (Suzette) Scheepers of Brisbane, Australia; his sister, Petra (Alex) Daneel of Stilbay, South Africa; also one niece and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, Francois Scheepers.
Services were private.
