Collie Earl Cook, III

Collie Earl Cook, III, 62, of Springfield, formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021 in St. Louis, MO. He was born on February 10, 1959 in Fort Jackson, SC to Collie Earl Cook, Jr. and Lola Martin Hains. On June 3, 2020, he married the love of his life, Pamela “Pam” Cook and she survives.

Also surviving are one sister, Dena Cook of Deland, FL; one brother, Timmy Cook of FL and several nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

Preceding him in death are his parents; two sisters, Betty and Debbie Cook; and one brother, Rocky Cook.

Collie was of the Baptist faith and had his career in flooring for private contractors. He enjoyed his time with family and friends in Florida and more recently in Springfield.

Cremation will be accorded by Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.
