LINDA LOU (CROSSWHITE) REYNOLDS
Linda Lou (Crosswhite) Reynolds was born unto Marshall Riley and Marjorie Bernice (Worden) Crosswhite on June 28, 1942 in Pattonsburg, Missouri. She was their only child.
Linda graduated from Maysville High School in 1960. She attended Graceland College (Lamoni, Iowa) in 1960-1962, and graduated with an accounting degree from Northwest Missouri State College (Maryville, Missouri) in 1964. She served her community as an accountant, primarily in Cameron, Missouri. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Linda married Robert Murrel Reynolds on February 19, 1972. They lived near Pattonsburg, Missouri and were married for 11 years until Robert passed away July 8, 1983. They had no children. Linda was with her good friend and life partner John D Eggleston Jr. for 27 years until John passed away June 8, 2023.
Linda passed away December 23, 2023 at Cameron Nursing Center in Cameron, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents Marshall and Bernice Crosswhite, her husband Robert Reynolds, and her partner John Eggleston. Linda had no children or siblings. She is survived by her extended Eggleston family, friends, and dear caregivers who helped Linda in her final years.
A graveside service will be held for Linda at 1:00PM on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Fairport Cemetery in Fairport, Missouri.
